Our guests await a modern, 1 bed room appartment with many details in a quiet residental area without noise, featuring: - a living / bedroom area, optically seperated by curtains. The bedroom area consists of a 1.4m large double bed and a large closet with lots of storage space. The living room area has a comfortable sofa, that could be used for a 3rd person if needed. Laptop friendly work desk, TV with Netflix and YouTube. Wifi is available in all areas. - Kitchen equipped with cooking utensils, fridge, microwave, cooking hot plates. Coffee pads and tea are included FOR FREE. There is NO oven. = Bathroom with shower, toilet, hair dryer and plenty of towels. Shower gel, soap and shampoo is included FOR FREE. I am usually traveling a lot abroad and we will likely not meet in person. However I can be reached via (Hidden by Airbnb) and call. I am attending my phone so you usually get a reply very fast in case of issues. Guests receive the key via a key box therefore check in hours are very flexible. If there are any problems in the flat, I would contact the neighbors that check on the flat regularly and those would help you out with any issue. If you need any advices about the area or on potential activites, I will gladly help you out The appartment is located in a building with entities in a quiet neighbordhood on the outscirts of Hanau, only 2km away from A3 highway with ideal connection to Frankfurt and the cities of the region. There is a shopping center with Rewe and Aldi, two of the leading german grocery markets, and other shopping possibilities away in 1km distance. Bakeries, doctors, farmacies, mail office and various restaurants can be found in the district. There is a bus stop 100 meters away that connects you to the subway station and the city center. The subway line connects you directly to the main cities in the area namely Frankfurt, Offenbach, Wiesbaden and Mainz without changing to another line. Frankfurt downtown is a 25 minute subway ride away.
