A private bedroom with your own bath down the hall, on the lower level all to yourself. Bed is a very comfortable pull out with a new (2020)high density very comfortable mattress. The bedroom opens onto a patio, overlooking open fields and wooded area leading to the Merrimac river. Quiet area but only 20 minutes from Newburyport & Plum Island and train to Boston and 10 minutes from route 95. Free wifi,and we serve you a light breakfast if you like. We also allow use of a Tesla charger. We are happy to offer suggestions for activities in the area We are located in a very quiet neighborhood, and have access to trails on conservation land adjoining the Merrimack river. There is commuter rail 15 minutes away, for easy access to Boston, with several trains daily.
