Private & quiet room in bright good feel home.

My place is situated in a quiet cul - de sac. The house itself is small, spacious and bright, even on a dull cloudy day. The room is about 3.25m x 3.25m. The double mattress is comfy and reasonably firm with all new pillows, duvet, sheets etc. There are no carpets, only a large rug in the lounge. Gas central heating in the winter keeps the place cosy and warm. Gas for cooking and a separate small fridge for guests. Juicer and smoothie maker if needed. Kitchen, bathroom, deck and garden. Please feel free to message me with any questions. It's a great location. 1.3 miles from the beautiful Hembury & Holn ancient woods, with the river Dart running through. Perfect for that wild river swim. Dartington Hall on the way to Totnes is only 6.5 miles away. The gardens at Dartington are stunning & steeped in history. They are free to explore and open all year round. Totnes has many interesting, independent shops & cafes & is 7.3 miles away. Here in Buckfastleigh, all walking distance from the house there is a wonderful little health food store called Seeds. A post office, chemist, and a local Co op. Buckfast Abbey is just down the road too, with its beautiful gardens. Restaurant & gift shop. For the animal lover's there is the Buckfast Butterfly Farm and Dartmoor Otter Sanctuary, 2.2 miles away. We are also very spoilt with beautiful coastal walks and beaches about 30 mins away.
