It's a comfortable terraced house 80 m², completely renewed, with a modern and functioning forniture to make you feel comfortable & relaxed during your stay; It's about 5 min from the main beaches by car and 10 min from the town center by walk. Our goal is to give our guests the most comfortable and enjoyable time away from home but in a unique place...and we really hope you'll love your stay! The living room is provided with a full equipped kitchenette (a fridge, a freezer, a sink, a gas stove, a oven, dishwasher, TV) and a sofa bed; there are two sleeping rooms: one double room with a king size bed and another bedroom with two single beds. There is one bathroom with shower, washing machine and hairdryer. The apartment has access to a courtyard in the back with a shower and a lovely barbecue. The parking space and the water reserve are included. Al suo interno (circa 80 m²), potrete trovare un arredamento confortevole e funzionale, completamente rinnovato. Esso si compone di: soggiorno/sala da pranzo con angolo cottura compreso di forno e lavastoviglie, TV, divano letto singolo; una camera matrimoniale; una cameretta con due letti singoli; bagno con doccia/bidè/WC. A disposizione: lavatrice, asciugacapelli. Inoltre, parcheggio privato e riserva idrica. Agrustos is a quiet and relaxing place for your holiday, offering restaurants, pizzerias, supermarkets, bars, and the famous "Pata Pata" disco, easily reachable on foot from the apartment. A short list of beaches in the area to report: The "Capanizza" beach of Budoni about 10 minutes by car; Agrustos beach about 5 minutes by car; Porto Ottiolu beach is 5 minutes by car; The "Isuledda" beach of San Teodoro, 15 minutes by car; The "Cinta" beach of San Teodoro 20 minutes by car; The apartment is located in Agrustos, a small village on the east coast of Sardinia; it's about 30 minutes from the airport and harbour of Olbia and a few minutes from Budoni and the popular town of San Teodoro.
