The Villa is located on a 3/4 acre bush setting, located in Woden and close to major Canberra attractions. The newly renovated European style villa provides complete amenities including central heating/AC, free WiFi and Netflix. The Villa is located in an embassy enclave which has regular Police car patrols enhancing security. Wild kangaroos can be frequently seen in this suburb. The Villa has been popular for leisure and business groups.You have access to 3 bedrooms and the entire place. The villa has climate control central heating/AC to keep you cosy during the winter chill or cool during hot summer days. It has two large bedrooms with comfortable queen sized beds and one single bedroom with a single size bed with luxurious linen and built in wardrobes. Towels ,shampoo and shower gels are also provided. You can enjoy the TV with a Roku streaming device to make viewing TV & Netflix a breeze in the comfortable lounge. The house is equipped with free WIFI for your convenience. There is a new fully equipped kitchen with appliances for home dining. This includes an induction cook-top, Miele oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave for your convenience. There is a front-loading washing machine for your laundry. At the beginning of your stay you will be provided with coffee and tea, milk, cereal and eggs. There is a half-tennis court on the property that you are welcome to use. The guest will have exclusive access to the Villa via a private entrance during their stay. Off street parking is available. Please note: You have access to 3 bedrooms and the price per night is based on the numbers of guests booked. Our guests have the flexibility to check-in from 3 pm till late as we provide a self- check in facility. We respect the privacy of our guests but we are happy to come and say hello if they wish. We are contactable at any time if any help is needed during their stay. We will make sure that our guests will have a clean place to stay with beds made up with clean and fresh linens! The self contained villa is conveniently located, within 10-15mins drive (slightly longer in peak hour traffic) to major Canberra attractions such as Lake Burley Griffin, Civic (CBD), National Gallery of Australia, National Portrait Gallery, Parliament House, Questacon, National Arboretum Canberra, Australian National Botanic Gardens . It is within a 5 minute drive or 20 min walk to Westfield Woden shopping mall or Southlands Shopping centre and within a 5 minute walk to the Canberra Hospital and National Capital Private Hospitals. The Canberra Airport , IKEA and Costco retail outlets are within a 15 minute drive. There is ample parking at the villa. Public Transport: The ACTION bus service (bus number 3,5,6) runs from the main bus stop at the Canberra Hospital (5-10 minute walk) every 5-10 minutes during weekdays. The buses are less frequent during the weekends. These services travel directly to the Woden interchange for transfer. The ACTION bus service runs (bus number 23 & 24) every hour on weekdays from the nearest O'Malley bus stop. Taxi Rank: The taxi rank is located near the main bus stop at the Canberra Hospital (5-10minute walk) Strictly no smokers. No pets are permitted. Guests are requested to remove their shoes to keep the Villa clean and to keep the cleaning cost low. Please report any issues/problems to the host as soon as possible. Guests can request for clean sheets and towels after 7 days stay per booking at no extra cost. If guest(s) request extra sets of sheets and towels if stay less than 7 days, a fee of $30 will be charged. When using the cook-top please use the air extraction hood-it is above the cook-top and will automatically operate when pulled out. Please clean the oven after use. If left unreasonably dirty, a cleaning fee of $50 will be charged. Please close the bedroom doors when cooking to avoid cooking odours entering bedrooms. Please turn-off the heating/cooling system when go out for a long period of time. When check-out: Please remove your rubbish and place it in the bin outside the Villa. Please place the dirty dishes in the dishwasher. You are not required to turn it on. Please report any damages to the host as soon as possible.
