It is an appartment with 3 rooms and you can use one bedroom the shared bathroom and the kitchen.. Close to the appartment is a bakery, a fitnesscenter and a supermarket. It is also close to the busstop. It is an older appartment built in the 50'a. This is a laidback living with some few rules. Respect the landlord, and clean up after yourself. That includes a small toilet with a small bathtube where you can take a bath. This is a non luxury home but a homey home in a nice area. The bed is a proper and good one and the place has free wi-fi You are free to have tea or coofee if you want. You will share the kitchen and the bathroom. In the kitchen there will be space for your food and in the bathroom a place for your toothbrush and soap! The Livingroom is private but if there is something special you want to watch on the TV it is always possible to have a dialog with me. I will help you if you want to. To find your way in Lund and give advice about where to go for a visit to explore Skåne. There is a bustop just outside the house. There is plenry of supermarkets nearby and a big shoppingcenter. Also there is close to a training center and 20 minutes to walk into the city .
