Summer house with wonderful sea-view in Puntaldia

Puntaldia is a little village within the municipality of San Teodoro. The property is in the nice and quiet "Bittium" neighborhood. Also, the property offers a wonderful view of the sea: the island of Molara and the island of Tavolara. At the front, there is a veranda in Sardinian stone and barbecue for use by guests. The veranda is also equipped with an outdoor table, deck chairs, and shading. The closest airport/harbour is Olbia.The property is only a 20 mins drive from the airport/harbour! The property is in the nice and quiet "Bittium" neighborhood. The property has six beds: a double bed in the master bedroom and 4 single sofa beds in the living room side by side, comfortable and cool, share one bathroom with a sink, shower, and bidet. Also, the property offers a wonderful view of the sea: the island of Molara and the island of Tavolara. At the front, there is a veranda in Sardinian stone and barbecue for use by guests. The veranda is also equipped with an outdoor table, deck chairs, and shading. Included in the price: Parking, WiFi, Bed Linen and Towels, Final Cleaning. Swimming Pool is 5 minutes walking from the property and is communal and not exclusive as it’s shared with other people from the village. Guest access Access to the apartment is exclusive and is through a descending staircase located near the car park of the residence. My family and I will be available during the day and night over the phone should any problem arise. The house is located in a green and quiet setting where people can relax and entertain themselves. Very little is the distance from the sea (just 500 meters) and has breathtaking views of the Tavolara and Molara islands. Within 1 km there are the first services (bars, restaurants, pizzeria, mini-market, tobacco). Also, the property is just 5 km driving from the lively town of San Teodoro. There are several beaches around the property, such as the suggestive Brandinchi that with its crystal clear water will amaze the visitors. Additionally, within a walking distance, there is the fun and festive beach La Cinta. I invite my guests to respect the neighborhood and avoid noises at night time.
