Four miles from the beautiful seaside resort of St Ives on the north coast and four miles from Stunning Mounts bay and St Michaels Mount on the south coast our studio gives ample opportunity to explore the south wests coastline. St Erth Trainline is half a mile away and there is a bus stop at the end of our lane making the rest of the Cornish countryside easy to access. NEW FOR 22 ! A dedicated sunset barbecue area In the kitchen you will find a toaster, kettle, microwave and fridge so you can keep and prepare some food on hand but please note there is no cooker, but we recommend exploring the local eateries that Cornwall is so famous for. We will supply a bottle of milk and cereals so that you don't have to rush to the supermarket when you arrive. We know how important that first cuppa is after travelling! The bathroom has a shower and complimentary shampoos. Towels are also provided for your comfort. There is a SMART tv so you needn't worry about missing your favourite programs whilst you stay, so relax in our cosy sofa whilst the sun sets over the hills of Mounts Bay and enjoy a glass of our homemade blackberry wine. Primrose Studio is set within our home but has its own private entrance and is completely separate from our main residence. Enjoy a private entrance, parking space and courtyard set back from therein A30 but with easy access to all of the West Cornwall Peninsular amenities. Our home is enclosed by 6 acres with superb views you are free to roam. We have lived in our home for over 30 years and have a vast knowledge of our beautiful area and will be able to advise and recommend places to visit and see. We now provide a separate barbecue area with table and seating, free to use fire pit and charcoal Webber but bring your own consumables. You will have a private access via a key lock a private patio area and parking for a car in front of property, this is completely off road and very safe , please leave space for one other vehicle, if you wish to trailer equipment please contact us in advance to see if we can accommodate . We have 6 acres of fields with stunning views and wildlife ( sorry not available on request!) we have a breeding pair of buzzards, green woodpeckers and the usual suspects keep your eyes peeled and maybe we can add to the list. You are free to roam but you may have company - dogs chickens and children! We are generally at home and will be available for any help you need during your stay, however check-in and out can be completely contactless we will leave that up to you! Whether you have visited Cornwall before or this is your first time, the ever changing coast has something for everyone. There are coastal walks, woodland walks, trails and more besides. the beaches on both sides of the coast offer a stunning retreat from busy town life. We can recommend any of the pubs around us but its great to go out and try them for yourselves! We are situated just off the main A30 with easy access to rail, bus, sea and air. St Erth train line is less than a mile away and will connect you to St Ives and Truro if you fancy a bit of shopping. There is a bus stop at the bottom of our lane which will quickly take you to Mounts Bay and Penzance where you can connect to the isle of scilly if you fancy an adventure! We are a rural location and wifi may not be up to your usual standard we are reviewing our provider and hope to improve in the future. If guests have mobile access you can stream to the smart TV.
