Rustic House in the Hills with Terrace & Sea-View!

Welcome to our Boboli. Restore your energy in a rustic house surrounded by olive trees, wine yards, and a soft mediterranean breeze. Enjoy the breathtaking views on the Ligurian hills from the terrace. The house is located under the castle of Castelnuovo Magra, Liguria and less than 10km from Tuscany: taste the best flavours of both regions: pasta, seafood, pesto, oil, wine, fish, focaccia and much more is waiting for you! In case of allergies, be aware that 3 cute cats leave outside the house. The house has 3 big bedrooms, one with double bed, one with double bed which one can be separated, and the last with a bunk bed. Upon request, a crib is also available! The kitchen is fully equipped with fire stove, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and the unmissable coffee machine. The bathroom has a toilet, big shower, bathtub and a sink. Linen and towels are provided! The terrace is equipped with daybeds, a dining table, and bbq! There will be always someone welcoming you at your arrival to explain where everything is and answer your questions. During your stay you can always contact us via phone and/or (Hidden by Airbnb) . We speak Italian, English, Dutch and French! The house is located nearby the Middle-Age village of Castelnuovo Magra (SP). The village is famous for the ruin of a Castle visited even by the well-known writer Dante Alighieri, and its square at the very top - Querciola - characterised by a centenary oak tree positioned in the middle. You can't miss it! The position of Boboli is ideal for both mountains and beach lovers, situated among Apuane alps, marble caves, tiny and wide beaches of both Toscana and Liguria. It is recommended to have a car in order to have enough flexibility to visit the amazing attractions in the surroundings: beaches, cliffs, fisherman villages, wine yards and much more! At 5 mins walk there is a bus stop that will take you in 10 mins to the railway station of the main town in the area - Sarzana. From here all destinations are possible.
