Minutes from Mattatuck Museum, YMCA, City Hall, Brass Mills Mall (w/ movie theatre); Bronson Library, Palace Theater Waterbury, Roller Magic Waterbury Skating Center, Lakewood Lanes bowling alley and The Art of Yum named "Best New Restaurant" by The Waterbury Observer. Near Metro North Rail Station and the Travel Center (Greyhound & Peter Pan) for easy access to NYC, CT casinos, and more. Easy access to Route 8, Route 69 and Interstate 84. Public bus transportation nearby. Please note that there is no cable TV but the Amazon Fire TV has an app for viewing regular television channels and another app for viewing movies and television shows. Also, there are security cameras on the exterior of the premises, set up as a precaution, but the neighborhood is very safe. The apartment is under pest control services, if any pest occur during or after your departure you will be responsible for the service to eradicate the issue.
