South Italy Sea House - Policastro Gulf, Calabria

A very comfortable house (about 110 s.m.) on the rocks, in front of Policastro Gulf, with 3 bedrooms (on the first floor), 3 bathrooms (two on the first floor and a little one on the ground floor), a living kitchen, a huge living room, a patio with barbecue, 2 terraces and a private parking (available for only one car). The closest village (with all basic necessities) is about 2 km far, while the main beach is about 300 metres, down from the rocks. We can lodge up to 4 people. The panorama is simply amazing, the sea is fantastic and the house very comfortable... ****** Il panorama è mozzafiato, il mare fantastico e la casa molto confortevole... The owner doesn't live there, but he's reachable by phone, (Hidden by Airbnb) and e-mail anytime. Please, take note that the house is not suitable for children (2-12 years old) due to the presence of numerous stairs, outside and inside the house, and also of two terraces with very low parapets. Please take note that the house is not equipped with wifi or an Internet line. The house is equipped with a little safe for little objects (money, wallets little personal items). The location of the safe will be made known by the caretaker.
