This is a 430 square ft. Private studio apartment on 1 acre of land in a quiet country setting next to my house. With private entrance and parking There are several outdoor seating areas. Great place for watching birds,squirrels chipmunk and sometimes deer! It is 1\2 mile from a nature preserve. There are several hiking paths within 3 miles . One restaurant in walking distance. Two miles From I-40 and shopping areas,theater,food ,post office and drug store. Convenient to both Duke and UNC. Nature lovers and bird watchers will like this property. Great biking and hiking nearby. Outdoor spaces for relaxing when the weather is right! Most outdoor space. Socializing is great too. With shared outdoor spaces we will probably run into each other. I will respect your need for privacy. This is a quiet country setting but close to restaurants ,I-40,movie theaters,hiking and biking paths. 10 minutes to Duke 10 minutes to UNC. Close to bus stop. 3 tenths of a mile to bus stop. I sanitize all surfaces, glasses, flatware entire bathroom,handles knobs,light switches,bed rail,remote control,and I also sanitize the bedspread,bed pillows after each stay.
