The apartment is self contained with a separate entrance attached to the main house It is a quiet, relaxing flat, NOT SUITABLE for parties, events or young children. We are 5 minutes from East Kilbride Conservation Village, which has a wide range of restaurants, bars and Village Theatre. Ice Skating, and Odeon Cinema is Local. Glasgow City Centre is 7 miles, with a direct train line. The apartment is in a good central position approximately 45 minutes to Glasgow or Prestwick airport. This 2 bedroom apartment is for 4 guests with 1 double bed in each bedroom. The apartment is attached to a newly renovated house, with off street parking. The entrance to the apartment is through the gate to the left of the main house. The apartment is private, bright, fresh, modern, fully equipped and self contained. It has 2 double bedrooms upstairs and a large modern bathroom, with spacious shower and tub. Downstairs is a newly fitted kitchen with dining area and a living room with a smart TV and WIFI. There are no sleeping arrangements downstairs. We have all the safety and fire requirements in place. However, we are not suitable for young children as we do not have appropriate facilities. (Please have a look at, 'family amenities'). Access is through your own private gate at the side of the property. There is a small but private outside area. It has a table and chairs and pot plants, which makes it very attractive. Private off road parking for 2 cars. We live in the main house so are available if needed and can also be contacted by phone. We are only accepting a minimum of 2 night bookings (Website hidden by Airbnb) It is a quiet neighbourhood and not suitable for parties or events. However, East Kilbride Village has a wide selection of bars and restaurants offering a variety of cuisines. It is a Conservation Village with some very pretty little corners to discover. Top attractions include Calderglen Country Park, James Hamilton Heritage Park and The Nation Museum of Rural Life. We have a range of information about interesting areas of Scotland. We have good links to Glasgow City Centre by car, train or bus. It is a 7/10 minute walk to the Village. The apartment is very well equipped with everything we hope will make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. If we have missed anything just let me know and it will get immediate attenation. However the apartment is not designed or equipped to accommodate babies or young children/toddlers.
