A homely, spacious and pet-friendly getaway located in Historic Chiltern - a gold rush town in the heart of the North East and close to many beautiful surrounds such as Chiltern Forrest, Rutherglen and Beechworth wine regions, Yackandandah and Albury-Wodonga. Featuring an in indoor fireplace and outdoor firepit on a 1700 sq. property. P.S. Guests will also receive a complimentary bottle of Stanton & Killeen wine and a free premium tasting at their premier local vineyard, a 20 min drive away. Chiltern is a quaint country town located within a region full of history, national parks and famous wineries. Once a gold rush town, many residents of Chiltern commute to nearby regional city Albury-Wodonga, or contribute to the region's robust agricultural economy. People also occasionally find gold. Please leave the house as you find it. While our home is pet-friendly, we ask that your pets remain outside. If you have any questions or need assistance on this matter, please talk to us to work something out. Our house can sleep 4 people in two queen beds, however both sofas (in the living room) can be converted into extra sleeping areas if requested. We are open to discussions on longer term stays.
