Welcome to the Shoalhaven. Our guest room features a queen-sized bed, reverse cycle air-con, TV, Wi-Fi, convenient parking, BBQ, private bathroom, and outdoor area (all to yourself). We are located 12minutes from the heart of the Nowra CBD and are a short distance from many of the must-see sites of the Shoalhaven: Cambewarra Estate Winery 2mins, Shoalhaven River 10mins, Cambewarra Mountain Lookout 14mins, Berry 18mins, Kangaroo Valley 21mins, Jervis Bay 40mins (all times measured by G Maps). The space is suitable for both long and short term stays. If you are looking for a long term stay, particularly for work, please message me even if the dates are not listed as available. I am very happy to negotiate the price for LONG TERM stays, 7 nights or longer (min $75 per night/1 guest, $110 per night/ 2 guest). The guest room is located on the right side of the house when you enter from the road. You will have your own private space indoors and outdoors. We will adhere to social distancing. We will not come to your guest suite or into your space. You can message us through Airbnb or text our mobile. We will be prompt in replying to your questions. Car The guest room is to be self maintained for the duration of your stay. For longer stays a washing machine will be accessible.
