Charming townhouse in historic Balmain

Feel at home in the spacious, light attic room in our delightful townhouse in the charming harbourside suburb of Balmain. Enjoy the tranquility of the leafy garden and free access to indoor pool and gym. Great local cafes, bars and shops, great Harbourside walks, easy access to ferry and bus. The spacious light attic room is very private and comfortable. There is ample room to relax and unwind - enjoy a cuppa, even do some yoga if you wish. (Yoga mat available). There is a desk if you need to do any work or emailing etc. Your bathroom is separate with a full sized bath. You are also welcome to share the kitchen to make snacks. The shady garden is a lovely place to sit and read or just relax. You also have access to a gym beautiful indoor pool, spas and sauna in the complex. I am around and about during the day and evening and more than happy to make your stay as pleasant and enjoyable as possible. I love and know Sydney very well and can suggest great places to visit, cafes to try and some beautiful harbour walks. Balmain is a charming old inner Sydney suburb right on the harbour with great shops, cafes and restaurants. There are many wonderful scenic harbour walks and very easy access to ferries and buses. In the nearby suburb of Rozelle there is a fantastic bric-a- brac market on Saturdays and Sundays. Balmain has 2 ferry wharves - with regular ferries to the CBD - takes only about 10 minutes. There are numerous buses directly into the city within 5 minutes walk to a bus stop. Street parking is available and there are GoGet cars up the street. By the way it is an attic bedroom so you will need to be physically up to managing walking up 2 flights of stairs. My very independent tabby cat Mischka also lives here but is often not around and keeps pretty much to himself most of the time.
