Enjoy all that Canberra has to offer. The friendly private room is within walking distance of GIO Stadium, University of Canberra and Calvary Hospital and only a 12 min drive to the CBD. Public transport is an easy walk away. Free visitor parking available. Guests will be welcomed with their own private entrance that opens up to a spacious bedroom. The room offers a comfortable queen bed, comfy chairs, a desk, TV, DVD and a selection of movies. You will find a fridge, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle and a light breakfast including cereal, milk, fruit and juice. There will only be access to the room, not to the house As often or as little as they like. I enjoy meeting new people but also understand that privacy is important and often that's what guests want. However I will always greet and farewell when I can. It's close to some key locations in Canberra, GIO Stadium, University of Canberra, Calvary Hospital, Radford College, Westfield Shopping Centre in Belconnen, restaurants and cafe's and a 12 minute drive to the CBD which has some wonderful restaurants, theatre and the Canberra Centre, a very up market shopping centre. We are located in a safe and very pleasant area. My place is within easy walking to good public transport.
