Part of a flotilla of four Floatel Cabins moored among the boats berthed at Milford Marina, each cabin was named with our town’s unique story in mind. The name Morlo translates as ‘sea calf’ - our Welsh word for seal. If you venture out by boat, you’ll see grey seals along our shores and basking in beautiful coves along the Pembrokeshire coast. Our Floatel Cabins were custom-built in Amsterdam and a local interior designer curated the fit-out of each cabin, making clever use of the space to incorporate functional and contemporary furniture and local furnishings from Melin Tregwynt as well as some clever finishing touches inspired by luxury cruise ships. The Morlo Floatel Cabin includes: King size bed with crisp, white linen* Two comfortable arm chairs* En suite shower room with a heated towel rail and shaver points Private balcony with a table and two chairs Smart TV USB charging points Heating Kettle Hairdryer Mini chiller Towels Fluffy robes for use during your stay Blackout curtains for a restful night’s sleep Cups, saucers and glasses for use during your stay Welsh Brew tea and coffee Toiletries Free wifi Handmade chocolates from Trwffl Up to 2 well behaved dogs are welcome to stay in Morlo. Milford Haven is a town with a fascinating history, from its establishment as a Quaker whaling port in 1793, to welcoming the first fishing vessel to the new dockyard in 1888, through to the redevelopment of the town and marina area into the welcoming waterfront community that it is today. A small town with around 13,000 residents, you’ll find a real community feel and a warm welcome from the locals. Milford Haven Museum provides an excellent insight into our town’s history, and you will find all of the amenities you could need to enjoy a holiday in Pembrokeshire right on your doorstep. We have plenty of free parking available on our large gravel car park on Mackerel Quay – look for the green signs. Unfortunately, we do not have EV charging points yet, but there are charging stations in Tesco and Lower Charles Street, both of which are less than 5 minutes away on foot.
