Apartment C & D are located on the first floor of the Villa, whereas apartment A and B are at ground floor. Each room has its own bath and toilet, a double-bed, A/C, a closet, as well as a desk. The house has been built with special attention to high quality and warmness and some rooms have visible red-clay bricks, which give the rooms a comfy look and feel. The living room area is likewise modern with an open kitchen area, and direct access to the balconies where guests can cool down in the fresh breeze and have a view of the neighborhood while enjoying a sundowner in the tranquil surroundings. We are very friendly with a feel for the needs of international guests. 2 well reputed international schools within walking distance, a modern supermarket facility, various pizza and food restaurants, 1 hour to Akosombo and Shai hills for hiking,10minutes to an 18 course golf court, 1 hour to Adda Aqua Safari. 3 hours to Wli Falls and Mount Afadjato. 20 minutes from Pram Pram Beach and Pram Beach Restaurant (Swedish owned). 30 minutes from Accra Mall. 10 minutes from Tema Harbour and Business area. 10 minute drive to a large golf course. Traffic can be challenging. You need to plan accordingly. There are CCTV cameras around the house, as well as our two friendly dogs. Also the community is gated with a 24 hour police patrol and police station within the community. Free pick-ups from and to the airport can be arranged The next-door house has a generator that can be a bit loud in the back-rooms for sensitive ears. However, it’s only turned on during periods of lights-out, which happens occasionally. Important!
