안녕하세요 ^^ 예약이 없을때는 호스트가 사용하고 있습니다. 그래서 소파, 티비,에어콘, 침대등 실사용하기 좋은 것들로 갖추어져 있습니다. 방이 침실과 거실이 주방이 분리되어 있고 조명들도 곳곳에 세팅해서 해놓았습니다. 물품들도 전부 이번에 새로 산 것들이에요. 3 명이상부터는 한명당 추가요금 1만원이 추가됩니다 (2명까지는 추가요금이 없습니다) 넷플릭스, 올레티비 있고 와이파이 설치되어 있습니다. 숭실대까지 걸어서 5분거리에 있습니다. 3층이라 뷰가 있고 집이 엄청 큽니다. 주변에 한강, 중앙대병원, 중앙대, 숭실대, 63빌딩등이 있습니다. 주택가에 있는집이라 파티나 밤늦게 시끄럽게 놀 수 있는 곳은 아닙니다. 실내 전체 금연 부탁드립니다. 별도의 주차장이 없어서 염두해 주세요ㅇ Hello this is Young^^ I stay in my house when there is no reservation. So I set all the furniture in good condition You can use Neflix ,Youtube and Korean Tv show with my TV And also You can use free wifi It takes 5 mins to go to Soongsil University by walk 3mins to get izakaya, pub, convenience store and Bus stop and soongsil Station There are Han River, 63-Building, Soongsil and Jungang University near my House. It takes 30 mins to get to Gangnam , Hongdae , Itaewon Station with public transport My house is on third floor but house number is 402 It's not allow to party Non-smoking Area No parking lot instar : youngfor00 숭실대 입구역에서 걸어서 5분거리에 있습니다 주차장이 없습니다.
