Essential Beach House- Ocean and escarpment view

Our beach house is an ideal getaway. The guests accommodation is self contained and has its own private entrance, situated on the ground floor of our two storey home. Our residence is upstairs and has its own entrance. We'd like your stay to be private and relaxed. We are passionate surfers and the owner/operators of the local surf school, maybe have a surf lesson or coaching with us while your here or just relax! Our home is full of family memories. Our children are now grown and we're empty nesters. Our comfy home is great place to relax. A very short stroll and your at the beach! Cafes are also within walking distance. Take a spa after a bush walk or day at the beach, or just do nothing! Enjoy the afternoon sun in the bedroom, king size bed calls for afternoon naps. The hot tub is at your beck and call, read a book, enjoy a glass of bubbly on the deck enjoying both ocean and escarpment view's. The kitchen is yours to cook or venture out to one of the nearby restaurants. Entire ground floor of our home is yours to enjoy. Private and self contained. Lounge/dining, kitchen, sunroom and deck. Enjoy the ocean and escarpment views and the sounds of an abundance of birdlife. I'm more than happy to help with any queries and answer any questions, but also know the importance of your privacy. we live in an amazing town. Surrounded by the escarpment and close to the beach. Beautiful walks, drives and beaches. We are very close to the Royal National Park. Sea Cliff Bridge is 5 minutes south of us, you can leave the car at the house and link up with the beautiful coastal walks. Too many walks to mention, but I can provide you with all the information you need. Easy walk to the beach. We are within walking distance to public transport and local cafes. Plenty of scenic walks, leave the car at the house and spend a day bushwalking or take the sea cliff bridge walk overlooking the ocean, keep walking and end up at the recently renovated Clifton Hotel 10-15 minute walk to trains, 30 mins to Wollongong or 45mins to Sydney Please note we are situated at the top of the driveway.
