Absolute seclusion under Olivetrees

This old Farmhouse is situated in the countryside between the medieval towns Campiglia Marittima and Suvereto. Your only neighbours will be the cypresses and the olive trees or the wild animals passing by. You have around 10 HA for yourself. The house is separated in 2 apartments. We rent out the upstairs apartment (about 70m2) and downstairs is our private part of the house. We never rent out when we are there on our own. So you are guaranteed that you have the whole place on your own. There is large well equipped kitchen in the middle with a kitchen table and chairs. In one corner, you have the possibility to sit a bit more comfortable in two armchairs. A small bathroom with shower and toilet is reachable from the kitchen. In both sleeping rooms there is a sink and a wardrobe. In summer, you will spend most of the time outside. One part of the terrace is with a roof that spends shade during the warmest hours. One part of the terrace is for sun chairs and the garden shower where you can take a refreshing shower after all the salt water and sand on the beach. For children, there is also a swing and a sandpit near the terrace. Our farm house is perfect for families with children. Here the children can live an adventure every day at every daytime without disturbing anyone. For couples who want to have a romantic time on their own the Volpaiole is „The Place“. Escape from all day stress and obligations. Here you will have time for each other. Here you will be undisturbed. Take place at the patio with a glass of red vine from one of the wineries in the neighbourhood, and relax. Since the house is situated in a small valley there is almost no indirect light at night from the villages around so you will be able to experience the most stunning starry sky. The house is also a good accommodation for 2 couples since there are 2 separate sleeping rooms with much space (there are 3 beds in both rooms, 1 double +1 single) and one sink. We will not be in the house when you are there. If there are any problems or you have questions we have someone nearby who can help you. Here you have supermarkets like Conad and Coop, but also small butchers, fish stores and pasta makers. Also, Suvereto has some nice small bakeries and butchers. During the whole week, there are also markets in the neighbourhood. Every weekday in another town. For this accommodation you will need a car. You will need to bring towels for showering and beach.
