Villa close the sea and M. Etna in Sicily

Holiday home in Sicily, in a restored villa in San Leonardello (Giarre) of my property consisting of: 1) bedroom, kitchen, living room with double sofa bed, bathroom. Furnished with new furniture, mosquito nets and air conditioner; free wifi 2) cleaning and linen change on request 3) an area equipped with table tennis (ping pong) and table football 4) shuttle service on request 5) monitored video area with outdoor lighting 6) Praiola-Fondachello sea 7) bicycle rental We are in a very strategic area because close to the main tourist attractions to visit: 1) about 25 km from Etna, from Catania, from Taormina, from Isola Bella (Taormina sea); 2) about 8 km from Zafferana Etnea (area with numerous concerts and events); 3) about 5 km from the sea Stazzo-Praiola (Fondachello); 4) about 2 km from the "Conforama" hypermarket, open every day from 900 to 2100; 5) Bordering the farmhouse there is an excellent restaurant-pizzeria called "Le Serre"; 6) In addition, a famous Bar "Carrubba" is located at about 500 m. Rent apartment for holidays in Sicily. It is located inside a newly renovated villa in San Leonardello (Giarre). The house is surrounded by large areas of lawn outside of which there is a beautiful citrus grove. Guests can take advantage of the outdoor spaces (garden, parking space) and can take long walks in the countryside. I like to welcome my guests and help them or advise them if needed. The view makes the house unique because you can see Mount Etna often in eruption and at the same time the sea. We are in a very strategic area because close to the main tourist attractions to visit. In the land around the house there is a garden with lemons, oranges, potatoes, mandarins, an area with exotic plants, banana, chestnut, walnuts and much more.
