‘The Shack’, Kaimai & river views

Beautiful rural property set on 1 acre of rolling lawns, river view, great indoor outdoor flow. Close to beach walks, Karangahake gorge walks, bike trails & Waihi Beach, 15 min to Katikati, plenty of restaurants, a great cafe at the end of the road. Please check my profile for other listings. The ‘Shack’ is a studio with a great view of the kaimai ranges & river estuary, easy walking distance to harbour beach, great for all water activities, safe for kids. It’s simple with basic facilities, electric fry pan, toaster &jug, new edition is a bench top oven & cooktop. There is no WIFI or TV at this property, get that back to nature feeling. Designed as a space to get away from the hustle & bustle of our busy lives. The main house on the property is not available, I live on the property next door but can be reached easily by phone. I’m happy to give space but also enjoy a chat, I’m just at the property next door access through the gap in the hedge at the back of the property. I am now only working part time, I can best be contacted by email or txt, can access these on a regular basis during the day. I am happy to recommend things to do & places to go. Best way to travel is by car I’m 10-15 mins drive from Katikati, 20 mins from Waihi, 15 mins from Waihi Beach. 40 mins from Tauranga. There is a bus service from Katikati to Tauranga, timetable in information manual. I now provide a continental breakfast
