Welcome to “Myrtlevale Hideaway". Our home is situated in a very quiet area of Alfredton, and close to the Lucas Shopping Hub. Our property is perfect for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway at a very affordable rate. We know that aesthetics can make or break a visitor’s experience, so we have made this space very appealing as well as comfortable. A wardrobe with shelf and hanging space is provided. In addition to your own lockable private bedroom, (if only one bedroom is in use), you will have sole access to the bathroom, toilet and Guests Retreat. The Retreat offers a relaxing environment with a TV, books and tourist information. Internet access is available throughout our home. Our outdoor BBQ area is also available to guests during Summer & Autumn. The degree of social interaction with us is completely up to you. We enjoy getting to know our guests a little, but if you prefer your privacy, that's no problem at all. Feel free to enquire about any further information or for other assistance required. We are located in a quiet neighbourhood, in close proximity to a bus stop, shopping precinct, Ballarat Golf Club & bistro and only 3 km to Lake Wendouree. Wendouree Railway station is 5 minutes (by car) whilst Ballarat Railway Station is a 10 minute commute (by car). A bus stop is very close by for travel into the CBD etc. We have off street parking available for guests. Whilst we thoroughly enjoy hosting, please note that we do not cater for children under the age of 18 yrs.
