Welcome to rent my lovely apartment! It is a 1-room apt with a smaller balcony. This is a 1 room apt with a smaller balcony. It´s modern and clean and both kitchen and bathroom are spacious and functional. The kitchen is well equipped and includes everything you will need: microwave, fridge, freezer, oven, stove and dish washer. Other kitchenwares are also available, such as the coffee machine, coffee brewer, water boiler, toaster, waffle iron, juicer, mixer etc. The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine and a tumble dryer machine, clean towels and a hair dryer. The bed is medium size and fits 2 persons. There is also a great bed sofa where two persons can sleep easily and comfortably. You have access to free wifi! No one will be around and disturb you, but I will be available on the phone for any questions during your stay. With its great location you live in a calm neighborhood and at the same time only 5 minutes walk from the famous restaurant and bar street Linnégatan. If you want to go to the big mall Nordstan it is only 10 minutes by tram. Both the big park Slottsskogen and the botanical garden are within walking distance from the apartment. You have a 10 minutes walk to the old town in Haga. If you want to go down to the harbor and reach any of the Stena Line ferries it´s only a 10 minutes walk or a few minutes with car, The nearest bus stop is just a minute from the apartment and the closest tram stop around 5 minutes walk. The bus (no 60) takes approx 10 minutes to the central station. This is simply the perfect location! Welcome!
