Nice, cozy studio with large fenced backyard. Separate laundry area shared with guests in upstairs apartment. Pets allowed with prior approval of Host. This location is a birder's paradise! You may hear and see the local parrots, and will enjoy seeing green jays, and other tropical birds. Bring your binoculars! You will have access to the laundry area, parking, front yard, and fenced back yard. These areas are shared with the upstairs tenant, when present. My place is close to the city center, great views, restaurants and dining, convenient to South Padre Island and to Progreso, Mexico where Winter Texans like to shop, dine, have dental work and buy medicines. You’ll love my place because it is very serene, with lots of outdoor space, filled with nature. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and furry friends (pets).
