The bedroom comes with a very comfortable queen bed, crisp linen and fluffy pillows. A double memory foam sofa bed is in the lounge area with plenty of linen supplied. ( The most comfortable sofa bed you will ever sleep on) We are close to Norwest business Park, Parramatta, Castle Towers shopping and entertaining precinct. Stockland Mall is a walk away. City direct buses via M2 and buses to Castle Towers, Parramatta. A brand new beautifully presented cottage with all those extras to make it your home away from home. ( sun loungers and pool towels supplied) (shared pool) The kitchen is well equipped for cooking with plenty of cupboard space (we are nearby if you need anything special) Washing machine/ dryer supplied. Bathroom has a heated towel rail so your towels are always warm and is also well equipped with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, sun screen, mozzie spray etc. This property is perfect for a business trip or a family holiday plus very suitable for a longer stay. If you are looking to stay with children, we have available free of charge, a cot, highchair, Toys, books, and a Stroller. Along with Kid friendly plates and cups. You will have access to a 12 metre pool and your own private courtyard I am available 24/7 if you need any help. I live on the premises and work around the corner. The location is fantastic with city direct buses just a few minutes walk away. It is a quiet residential area with cafes and super IGA a 2 min walk away You can park in front of your villa in the Drive way. The area is surrounded by parks, shopping and centrally located for business in Parramatta and Norwest business park. We are conveniently located to the M2 and M7 and buses to the city, Parramatta, Macquarie shopping and University. Also close to Westmead hospital and Hillsong church.
