The apartment is located in a very strategic position, at 15 minutes from the city center and just above ski facilities (2 min) In this typical mountain house, you will feel at one with nature: the silence, the absence of wifi and the warm atmosphere will provide relaxation and peace. A private parking spot and a little basement (for ski accessories) are available for guests. We are happy to provide some suggestions on trips and activites for everyone! See you soon ... The house (on the second floor) has a familiar and comfortable atmosphere thanks to the predominance of wood. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove and all necessary accessories, including a microwave and a dishwasher. The living room has a small sofa, a CD player, a TV with VCR (wtf) and some board games, alongside many books. The bathroom is small, with toilet, bidet and shower as well as a ventilation system and a window. The sleeping area consists of: a double bedroom with wardrobe available fo guests, and a mezzanine (with two skylights) in which there are two single beds and a cot. The apartment is part of the residence "Ai 3 confini", the house is on the second floor of stairs (no lift), there is a reserved parking and other parking spaces common to the residents. From the house it is possible to undertake numerous spectacular walks, reach very suggestive natural places (Cave di Predil, Laghi di Fusine, Orrido dello Slizza ...) as well as the famous "Alpe Adria" cycle path that connects Italy, Slovenia and Austria.
