The bathroom contains a standing shower and separate whirlpool tub. Conveniently located - within walking distance of downtown shopping, restaurants, city parks, walking trails and the beautiful Mississippi River. No pets allowed. No smoking allowed inside the house. Laundry and WiFi available. Single level home with ramp to the front door. The basement is occupied as a residential apartment with private entrances, so you may hear the downstairs tenants enter / exit through the garage. Washer and dryer are free to use. Home is located near the railroad tracks - a white noise machine is provided in the bedroom if this is a concern for you. We live right next door, so if you have any problems during your stay, please just let us know! There is off-street parking in the back driveway, along with street-parking in front of the house. Entry to main level is via front door or back deck. Garage entry is reserved for basement tenants. Homeowners live next door. There are bikes in the garage, if you would like access to them, please let us know and we will arrange it.
