Large family friendly seaside home.

Ours is a family friendly, bright and spacious house in a quiet street 10 minutes walk from the beautiful pebbled beach of Budleigh Salterton. The village itself is a short walk away and boasts all amenities (shops,library,hairdresser,chemist etc). The house has plenty of socialising space including a small south facing patio with a table and chairs overlooking a large back garden. The large dining room and kitchen look out onto the garden and with a settee in the dining room it makes it easy to sit and relax and watch the children/other guests enjoying the garden. The guest will be able to access all areas of the house as it is the whole house that is available to them. There is parking outside the house and (most of the time) room for two cars. Extra parking can be had opposite the house. Budleigh Salterton is a pretty seaside town. The area itself is of outstanding natural beauty with the Jurassic coast on our doorstep. Dartmoor is a short drive away and their is ample opportunity for local scenic walks for all abilities. Alternatively you could grab your fish and chips from the chippy and sit on a bench looking out to sea and watch the world go by. Parking is available directly in front of the house for guests. There is also local buses to Exmouth. Sidmouth and surrounding villages.The Cathedral city of Exeter is 12 miles away and accessible by bus from Budleigh Salterton or train from Exmouth. Budleigh beach itself is a safe pebbled beach but if you prefer sand grab your bucket and spade and head to Exmouth ( only 3 miles away) or Sidmouth (5 miles away).
