For now, I am only accepting monthly stays for this room. Private basement bedroom with shared basement bathroom, shower room, library, and shared upstairs (ground-floor) kitchen and dining room. There may be another AirBnB guest in the upstairs bedroom (see listing for A Simple Place - Easy Access from I-80). The bedroom is small. The bed is twin-size. Parts of the basement are cluttered. However, if you're a single person looking for something inexpensive, this could be the ticket. The neighborhood is older, with residential homes. There is a park with a pool one block away. It is safe.
