Completely Eco-friendly, is a self-supporting structure, made of wood, using the most advanced technologies using natural energy such as sunlight and heat in order to remain self-sufficient. So that, respect for the environment and technology can go hand in hand; each room has independent heating, underfloor, certified hypoallergenic, as well as the coibentatura wood fiber and sheep wool, as well as mattresses and pillows in memory. It offers a PANORAMIC SWIMMING POOL WITH SALT WATER, available for our guests for private use. The property has 3 bedrooms and an apartment, located between the basement, the ground floor and the first floor. In the basement, the rooms feature a system of renewal and purification with heat recovery, which provides low temperatures in the summer and a pleasant warm in the cooler months, while the rest have systems in Inverter Air Conditioning and Heating with radiant floor, latest generation. By car: Highway A11 Firenze-Mare, signs for Lucca, exit CHIESINA UZZANESE or MONTECATINI TERME. On the train: Railway station of MONTECATINI TERME or BORGO A BUGGIANO.
