Longer term available Fabulous leafy suburb on the doorstep of the CBD, it is a great spot to stay to visit Adelaide attractions such as Adelaide Oval and River Torrens, Festival theatre, Botanical Gardens and Adelaide Zoo, South Australian Museum and Art Gallery and Rundle Mall shopping precinct. It is the perfect accommodation for visiting the major events in Adelaide such as The Fringe Festival, Adelaide 500 and WOMAD. Also peaceful to spend some leisure time with family and friends, enjoy the outdoors with a BBQ or take a walk through the Adelaide Foothills. The private entrance makes it the perfect get away. This studio apartment is located in Collinswood, a beautiful, old, leafy suburb of Adelaide featuring gorgeous character homes. The apartment is set only slightly outside of the city which allows it to be a peaceful neighbourhood, however in close proximity to the CBD and everything you need at your doorstep. Our studio apartment is perfectly located within close proximity to the Adelaide CBD. Driving into the city by car is less than a 15 minute drive, our apartment has un-limited street parking right out the front so guests can use a car during their stay. Alternatively, it is a less than 5 minute walk to the closest bus stop which takes you into the city, in under 15 minutes depending on the traffic. From the city there are many further transport options to head off to visit many local destinations and popular sights that both Adelaide and South Australia has to offer. There are pets living on the owners part of the property, but they are not able to access the apartment.
