My city oasis is opposite a beautiful well maintained park, in the same street is the local cricket field and club with the lawn bowls club a few further metres down my street. I am close to the city and the strand and walking distance to the local pubs and shopping centre. The major Castletown shopping centre is in walking distance but a car would be quicker, however closer is the IGA centre a few street blocks down from my unit, the centre has a IGA, atm's, bottle shop, chemist, newsagent, takeaways and cafes.
