Welcome to our cozy 3 bedroom home across the street from the beautiful Paw Paw Lake. This charming property includes the entire home, yard (front and back) and MOST OF ALL SO CLOSE TO PAW PAW LAKE. You can swim, launch your kayak or paddle board right across the street. We have a thin strip where you can jump in or just ask and we can share our favorite local beaches! 3 bedroom single family home right next to our Heron's Nest Cottages! We are available 24/7 for any questions! Coloma: Sarett Trail Paw Paw lake for fishing, boating. (the Lakefront Restaurant is on the lake and kids can play on the beach. Nice strong drinks for the adults!) Bob’s Barn is a mile from the house. Farm stand + bakery. Their blueberry lemon pie is a MUST! East Street in Coloma for lunch or Dinner- neighbors of the cabin own this lovely restaurant T’s Tap is the local bar- The BEST burger and onion rings in SW Michigan (cooked in front of you) *GOAT REC* Hub Central 185- best breakfast around Las Mangonadas – homemade ice cream Loma Theatre- 3 screen movie theater- $5 shows and $1 popcorn. Perfect for a rainy day Round Barn Filling Station- outdoor seating, great cocktails, live music on Saturdays Local beaches: Rocky Gap- free parking, has a ramp to get to the beach Hager- all sand beach, lots of stairs to access beach Craving some of the busy beach town charm and shopping- we are only 15 minutes from St. Joe, 30 minutes from South Haven Free parking on premises! We may require an ID & signed Rental Agreement or a refundable deposit prior to check in. HOUSE RULES 11:00 pm Quiet Hours 21+ to Book NO PETS ALLOWED! ZERO EXCEPTIONS! We will charge $1000 per night, per pet. We do have RING Camera's outdoors. NO pets, please do not ask as we do not make exceptions on this matter. Please Respect other Cottages privacy and be respectful to other guests Must check out by 11:00 am or will be charged $50 per 15 min past check out time. No smoking or vaping (of anything) inside the unit. $500 fine if home smells like smoke Must book for total number of guests staying/visiting the home. $100 per unauthorized guest/night. If a security team is called due to an infraction of the house rules, the guest agrees to pay for the security team ($500 minimum) and the duration of the reservation, even if removed by the security team due to the infraction. Please DO NOT flush feminine products/paper towels/any foreign substance down the toilet (ONLY toilet paper). It is not good for the pipes and if there is an issue we may pass the charge onto the guest. Please no burning of candles, incense, or anything else in the home. If done, this will be treated as “smoking” in our house rules. Thank you.
