Welcome hOMe (near Towson Univ.)

Master Queen Bed in 4 bdrm home, screened in deck, 1/2 acre backyard with fountain goldfish/frog pond. Remodeled kitchen, bath, baby grand piano. Yoga studio owner/Towson U professor. Two cats (Corvie and Nikolais) Our home has been creatively decorated and the foyer entrance has Grandma's vintage hats from the 1930/40's. All walls have been hand brushed and toned with various shades of warm secondary colors (greens, orange, purples). We have a gas fireplace that blows heat in the winter to keep the house cozy warm. Wireless internet. Parking is on the street or a parking pad/driveway is available on first come first serve basis. I usually park my car next to the house on the street. Laundry room is available for long term guest (more than 1 week). Kitchen use has limited availability as I am usually home during eating hours. When around and available, I enjoy visiting with my guests to answer questions about the area, where to buy groceries, etc. It's family oriented. We have a strong community association and everyone watches out for each other. Some of our neighbors have been here for 3 generations or more. We're close to grocery stores and restaurants. Ask me for recommendations. Close to Towson University, (1.5 miles) JHU (4 miles) YMCA of Towson (2 miles). Buses on York Road will take you anywhere in Baltimore. It's about 3/4 mile walk to the bus stop. Please be respectful of my home and ask before you help yourself to things. An A/C window unit is available in the summer months. Please only turn it on when the temp. outdoors is 80 or above and while you are in the room and please turn it off when you leave to conserve energy and electric costs.
