The second floor apartment is light and airy and benefits from superb views across the village. The open plan kitchen living area features a fully fitted kitchen with ceramic hob and extractor, Bosch oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and a De-Longhi bean to cup coffee machine. In the living area, there is a 3 seat sofa and large swivel chair with footstool. There is also 48 inch smart TV. The master bedroom features a king size double bed with bedside units, chair with footstool and a Juliet balcony, with double doors that open to the tranquil sounds of the stream below along with views of the village. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds, with 2 additional pull-out beds and mattresses, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe. In the bathroom there is a bath and a separate shower along with the usual bathroom furniture. The bathroom also has a heated wall mirror with light. The towel rail is powered and can be switched on and off from the hallway. The apartment has central heating throughout with hot water on demand, serviced by a modern Worcester-Bosch combi boiler. Other features include Wifi, a shoe cupboard, iron and ironing board and clothes airer. Outside there is a single off street parking space allotted to the apartment. The apartment is approximately 1 1/2 miles by road from the centre of Bude. By taking the footpaths, the centre of town is approx 30 mins walk away, with a large supermarket just 15 mins walk, or 5 mins drive away. Bude is the major town on one of the most picturesque stretches of coastline in the UK. Bude offers a great deal of variety with many bars and restaurants available as well as cafe's, bakeries, ice cream parlours and take-aways. Summerleaze beach in the centre of town is popular for its sandy beach and salt water swimming pool, while Crooklets beach, just north of Bude offers a bit more peace. Both offer spectacular sunsets on a clear evening. Just a few miles south of Bude is Widemouth Bay, a long sandy beach popular with the local surfers. Further down the coast, approx 8 miles south, is the spectacular cove at Crackington Haven. Close by are the popular destinations of Boscastle and Tintagel, with Port Isaac and Padstow a little further down the Atlantic Highway. To the north, the beautiful coastal village of Clovelly is just 20 minutes drive with the Devon towns of Bideford and Barnstaple a further 20 mins away.
