La Maison des Druides, gite Les Hirondelles

Gîte Les Hirondelles is a beautiful appartment in a 17th-century Norman farmhouse . The gîte can be rented all year round and therefore have heating. The gîte has a fully equipped kitchen, garden and a cozy garden set with garden cushions & parasols on your own terrace. The house is surrounded by a large garden/minicamping, a young foodforest and an ecological swimming pond. There is a cosy living and dining room with a nice view of the garden. Everything is on the ground floor. The gîte has three double rooms of which one with a double bed and two rooms with two single beds. The bathroom is fully equipped for disabled people. There are two toilets. The kitchen is fully equipped with a four-burner cooker, cooking utensils, microwave, oven and toaster, coffee maker and refrigerator. On your private terrace you will find a cosy garden set with garden cushions & parasols for wonderful moments. The house is surrounded by a very large garden/mini-camping area with a huge lawn where children can run and play safely. A barbecue, deck chairs and the ecological swimming pond can be used. We are happy to be there for you as guests and welcome you with all your questions and offer you the peace and privacy you need. If we are not there, we are available by phone, e-mail, sms, etc.. Throughout the year, there are festivals, horse races for enthusiasts, music, markets with regional delicacies... Normandy cuisine is famous for its cheeses and cider... We were amazed to discover the "Normandy Switzerland", a rocky stretch of land with steep "mountain walls" and climbing opportunities, and the romantic spa town of Bagnoles de L'Orne. Whether you come for a retreat week, want to do things with us or just as a guest and want to be on your own: you are welcome! It was love at first sight, it was the first house we looked at and all the others we looked at after that were dwarfed by "our house". The ideal place for the holidaymaker who likes peace and quiet, but who is also able to undertake many activities in the vicinity. Bus: Bus 21 runs up to 6 times a day from Alencon to Rouperroux. Train: There are 4 stations: Alencon (SNCF), Sees (SNCF), Surdon (TGV) and Le Mans (TGV). Dogs not allowed.
