"Vue Rivière" - town centre on the Creuse river

Our house has glorious views of the river, a 16th c. water mill and ancient houses climbing up the hillside from the opposite river bank. We are confident that you will love our house because of its comprehensive and high standard amenities (including satellite tv) and its location in a quiet and friendly neighbourhood right on the beautiful Creuse river. Our place is good for one or two couples and families with no more than two children. Guest access to the house is by way of a front door key held in a key safe. Detailed information about this key safe, including the opening code, will be provided to confirmed guests prior to their stay. We have a local property manager (speaks English, French and Dutch) who will be available to deal with any major problems concerning the house. The house is only a few steps away from the town centre providing quick and easy access to shopping, cafes, bars and dining. There is a residents' car parking area adjacent to the house. In the (unlikely) event of it being full there is a large public (free) park a few minutes walk from the house. Argenton is on the Paris - Limoges - Toulouse main train line and the station is a 15 minute easy walk from the house. A house manual providing detailed information about managing the house and local resources will be e-mailed (in pdf form) to you before your arrival. A hard copy is also provided in the house. This manual is available in English and French.
