"79 Bourke" is located in a pleasant street, in the heart of harbourside Carrington. A recent renovation of this 3 bedroom home incorporates much of the cottages original charm while providing the luxury of a new kitchen and bathroom. An open living area and dining room have double french doors that open up onto a covered outdoor deck. This home boasts a light and airy feel and has a north facing, fully fenced courtyard creating a lovely breezy alfresco environment. The lounge area offers a flat screen TV, wi-fi and a split system air conditioner. The kitchen offers brand new appliances including a full fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, cooktop and dishwasher. Continuing through to the back of the house is the laundry with a washer, dryer and the toilet. The bathroom offers a shower, deep stand alone bath and vanity. Our cottage has a lovely little courtyard but is not suitable for all pets. We ask that guests please advise on booking request if pets are to be considered.
