The house is located in the city centre, few minutes walk distance from Piazza Ungheria/Viale Danimarca and connected to public transport to/from Rome, local bus COTRAL connect to Laurentina Metro B in Rome in about 30/45 minutes. Around the area, restaurants, bars, shopping centres, pharmacies, grocery shops, ATM, banks... Living room: air conditioner (cold/warm), sofabed, foldaway bed, TV, dining table (4 persons) Bedroom: double bed and wardrobe Kitchen Area: all furnished, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, blender, boiler. Bathroom: sink, toiled, bidet, water heater and shower Garage: automatic entrance with remote control (place number 2) The appartment is perfect for 3-4 persons groups of friends or families with children. Beautiful beaches and historical locations (Anzio, Nettuno, Ostia, I Castelli Romani etc). are 30 / 40 minutes driving distance. My personal advice during your stay it is to rent a car. Nowadays it is very easy to rent cars trough websites and mobile applications. Both Roma’s airports, Ciampino and Fiumicino are 40 / 50 minutes from the location. The flat is located in the center of torvaianica. Private covered car park is available, so if you come by your own car you just need to put the right address on your navigator and wait for me, i give you the remote control to get in (place number2); while if you come from Rome Laurentina Tube Station, the final bus stop is just 300 meters walk. From torvaianica to roma laurentina. the bus stop is at viale danimarca 22 in front of "bar da pino" (where you can buy tickets bus) wTourist attractions nearby: Lavinium Museum, Roman Ruins, Waterpark Zoo Marine (20m by walk, 5m by car) – Cinecitta’ World (20m by car), Ostia, Castelli Romani, seafront by bikes.
