Apartment with garden to enjoy city and nature

Our house with a large garden is the last house in a quiet (dead end) street on the border of city and nature. For young and old there is plenty of space to enjoy days in Trier city and its natural surroundings. The bright and modern apartment with private entrance has a living room, one bedroom, kitchen and bathroom and can accommodate small or large families. From the living room a door leads to two terraces with sunny and shaded areas and views on Trier-Petrisberg and sunset. The bright and spacious apartment was completed in 2016 according to modern and environmentally friendly energy standards (solar, wood, gas). The bedroom has one double bed and one sofabed that can be easily turned into to single standards beds. In the living room a comfortable sofa bed can provide another double bed. A small bath provides shower, toilet and sink. A fully equipped kitchen has space for lunch oder dinner for two. In the living room, dinner table with 4 chairs is available. A childrens high chair as well as a childrens (travel) bed are also available. The garten has two private terraces with wide views. Use of the playground equipment in the shared garden of the owners is allowed. During your stay, the owners of the house are normally available for questions. The apartment is located in Trier. A shopping center with common german shops (ALDI, Edeka, bakery etc ) is within walking distance or in 5 minutes by car. Short walks lead to vineyards with nice views over Trier and its surroundings, a horse-riding school, the Petrisberg play and adventure area for young and old or to the village Olewig with wine bars, beer garden or star restaurant. Nearby there is also a connection to the long distance trail Saar-Hunsrück-Steig. From the apartment, you can reach the city center of Trier by bike in 15 minutes, by car in 10 minutes or by a regular bus connection (lines 6, 16 or 30). On foot it goes through the vineyards of the Petrisberg within an hour to the city center.
