Triple room on the Black Sea Coast

Dear guests, we enhanced our cleaning routine and implemented extra steps in order to reduce the risk of an infection, from offering self check-in to disinfecting frequently touched surfaces. Please also note we recently renovated our location, offering new furniture, sofas, mattresses etc. The place is located 800m from the sandy beach in Eforie Nord. You will be accommodated in a triple room with private bathroom, double bed and an extendable couch, AC, TV, fridge, microwave and balcony. The room is part of a 3-floor villa located 800m away from the largest beach in Eforie Nord. Two floors are designated entirely to guests. It's a cozy location, offering all the needed space and privacy to each group of guests. The entire villa can accommodate up to 15 people in 2 big apartments, 1 double room and 1 triple room. The location was renovated in 2020 to make your stay comfortable and pleasant. All rooms are tastefully decorated with original artworks created by my mother to make your stay also appealing to the eye. If you book this listing you will get: - a double private room: 20 square meters surface - featuring one king bed 160x200cm and a double extendable sofa, air conditioning, tv, fridge, microwave, coffee/tea making facilities and a private bathroom - you have access to a private terrace as well - all rooms come with fresh sheets & towels, toiletry products as part of the room price - disinfectant solutions at your disposal If you are more people and you are interested in more rooms in the same location, please check the other rooms listed on my profile. Each group of guests has a designated space. There are no shared areas. I am available at your request (in person, via phone, email or text... whichever you prefer). I know pretty well the places and I can provide lots of tips about the area. The sandy beach is 7 minutes walk from my house. The bus to Constanța stops just 100 metres away. Only 500 metres from the house is a market where you can buy groceries and other products. Downtown is also 500m away. Eforie Nord is also a very popular SPA resort in the area. The Balneary Clinique is just 2 minutes’ walk away from my house. Lake Techirghiol where you can experience mud baths is around 1.5 km away. The distance to Constanţa Airport is 38 km.
