He prepares surprises, uses mainly fresh products from the market, organic whenever possible. And takes great care of guest's preferences or restrictions for any reason, such as health or religion. He is an experienced traveller - many clients have responded strongly to the advice given to them, individually adapted to their interests. And they would save time and money. He is fluent in English, French and German and has a straightforward knowledge in Spanish. With apps on iphone and ipad, he is able to communicate with people speaking other languages. As a trained mime, his facial expressions can replace missing words, often producing amusement. His extensive knowledge of art, cuisine, design, geography, history, film and of course his professional knowledge of architecture, photography and advertising allows him to answer many questions. More information: The guest room has direct access from the entrance and a direct exit to the veranda. It offers a double bed 140x200 cm and a total of three mattresses 90x200 cm, which can be spread on the floor. Until now, the maximum number of guests has been 5, we recommend a maximum of 4 people. Children are welcome. Guests have an independent bathroom with shower, wash basin and toilet. The room price includes the above-mentioned morning meal and soft drinks. For any additional person, adult or child, there is a supplement. The minimum stay is 2 nights. The price includes very fast internet access, WLAN, ironing facilities, room cleaning and a multilingual selection of books and comics. Laundry and dryer are subject to availability. Smoking is allowed outside, for example on the veranda. No pets please. In addition to the free parking, there is an international car rental service nearby. However, we recommend the public transport with its dense schedule, which even covers the night hours, where parking fees in the city are outrageous, be it day or night. Guests have access to the large open kitchen and living room, veranda and garden, all on ground floor, making life easier for people with disabilities, prams and suitcases. For everyday needs, there are shops, reasonably priced restaurants and a large shopping centre nearby, all within walking distance. A wide choice of affordable multicultural food and drinks at your order, with fast and late home delivery, covers almost every desire.
