Ty Ken is our beautiful - and dog friendly - house is located in the village of Llanfaelog, adjacent to the holiday hotspot of Rhosneigr - Anglesey’s most sought after destination. The house was built in 2019, meaning it’s brand new with high quality finishes and a spacious design. The house is just 3 minutes drive / a 20 minute stroll into the heart of Rhosneigr and the award winning beaches; the popular Oyster Catcher is 10 minutes walk from the house, whilst Cable Bay is minutes away by car NEW FOR 2021 - OUR HOME NOW HAS AN EV CHARGER FOR ELECTRIC CARS 🚗 Our beautiful house comprises a large open plan kitchen, diner and lounge space with TV; the kitchen features all you’ll need including cooker, oven, microwave, coffee machine (including a stock of pods), pots, pans, fridge, freezer, etc. The open plan room features full width bifold doors which open out onto the private garden and patio area. This area is fully enclosed with a gate and fencing, so safe for bringing your dog. Downstairs you’ll also find a large utility room and WC; the utility room comprises a sink, washing machine, ironing board and iron, maiden, high chair, and travel cot. There are retractable safety gates at the top and bottom of the stairs for baby and dog safety. At the front of the house is a cosy lounge; this can also be used as a fourth bedroom with TV and a comfy double sofa bed which can sleep two guests. There are three bedrooms upstairs, the composition of which is; Master bedroom: 1xsuperking size bed + en-suite shower room. Wall mounted television with smart TV and freeview + double wardrobe and chest of drawers Second bedroom: 1xking size bed. Wall mounted television with smart TV and freeview + double wardrobe and chest of drawers Third bedroom comprising bunk beds + wall hanging and a chest of draws There is also a master bathroom upstairs comprising bath, shower and toilet. An airing cupboard features a stock of towels and some toiletries Outside there is a private garden and patio complete with furniture for you to enjoy during your stay. Super fast WIFI / broadband throughout the house and there’s Netflix and appleTV on the televisions. On the front of the property there is a new EV Charger at which guests can charge electric cars for a fee. NEW FOR 2021 For those wishing to bring their laptops the master bedroom also features a foldaway desk and chair which can be easily erected if a dedicated workspace is needed during your stay. All of Rhosneigr’s amenities are within walking distance including; Cable Bay and Rhosneigr’s two main beaches Restaurants and bars; the Oyster Catcher, Sandy Mount House, Starvation, Y Morfa, Scarlett’s, Mojo’s, Sullivan’s, Surf Cafe, Aiden’s Shops; the Spar Wayside stores are next door to the development on which our house is located, while Rhosneigr’s post office and convenience store are a few minutes drive. In Holyhead (10mins by car) you’ll find a huge Tesco Extra and Morrison’s Also for any keen plane spotters! RAF Valley is close by, meaning that during weekday working hours you’ll regularly see military fighter jets flying by. An absolutely fascinating sight! All amenities are within walking distance (c20 minutes), very easy to get around by car too, especially with two parking spaces at the front of the house
