Our cosy apartment smalltalk is directly above our winery werk2 and offers just the right thing for everyone who wants to take a (holiday) break or stay for a while. We are centrally located directly in Geisenheim, so everything important can be reached on foot. Bus and train are also only a few minutes walk away from the apartment. The apartment for 1-2 persons in the attic in our 2014 ecologically sustainable renovated house, a former smithy, has a size of about 25 sqm. The apartment has a charming living/bedroom (incl. TV and W-LAN) with a small kitchenette (incl. fridge with freezer compartment, 2 hotplates) and a new bathroom with shower. In this successful mix of old half-timbered houses and modern comfort you can leave the stress of everyday life behind you and enjoy a relaxing short holiday. Washing machine/dryer can be found on the ground floor. In the courtyard you have the possibility to be in nice weather. In the courtyard you can smoke, an ashtray is available. Here you can drink a good glass of wine at the wine stand in summer or have a picnic on the Rhine meadows, for example 😉 Distance from Frankfurt Airport approx. 45 minutes by car. The European Business School Oestrich-Winkel is about 10 minutes away by car or you can travel comfortably with the RMV ticket. To suit the apartment with an LCD TV, hair dryer, crockery, pots and cooking utensils belongs (coffee maker, kettle also available paper towel, tea towel, washing up liquid / cloths) Towels are changed weekly.
