You’ll love my place because of the kitchen, the comfy bed, and the feeling of home away from home. My place is good for couples and families (with kids). 15 mins drive to shopping areas, airport, beaches, etc. Welcome to Paradise in Island Living! It is an individual unit in a quiet and secure neighborhood. Unit has a reserved parking slot a few steps away from the unit itself, split A/C units for all living areas, washer & dryer, refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, coffee maker, hot and cold water, dinnerware and silverware is provided, Free WiFi and a 45" TV with basic cable channels. This unit is fully furnished this is truly your home away from home! The entire unit is yours to enjoy except in these conditions. if the guest is a couple or 2 people willing to share the queen size bed then the other bedroom with 2 single beds would be locked during the entire stay. Now if it is two single persons and they wish to use both bedrooms then it is an extra charge. Anyway just be honest because we have had guest that book as single and then they have 4 people actually staying and it costs more to clean, power , water. etc. We hope you understand We are available if guest has any questions or is in need of anything Quiet neighborhood with security Reserved Parking is available, Stall # 78 This place is not far from local places to eat, shop and enjoy the beaches. Guam beaches are open to the public all you need is park at any available parking. Nothing is far on Guam
