Es ist somit der perfekte Rückzugsort nach einem ereignisreichen Tag in den Bergen, auf der Skipiste oder nach einem Aufenthalt in den einladenden Lokalen und Kulturstätten der Alpenstadt Innsbruck. IMPORTANT INFOS The 45m² attic is located on the 2nd floor and part of a duplex apartment in a family owned villa surrounded by a big garden and there is NO elevator. The entrance to the Villa and the staircase itself is illuminated by presence sensing. The place has been beautifully renovated recently. There is a charming mainroom with a sleeping area. This room is perfect for relaxing and so is the nearby veranda, a bright and very cozy part of the attic where you can hang out and admire the stunning views of the surrounding mountains. There is also a small balcony next to the veranda. The kitchen as well is a cozy place to stay and you can use the table there for your PC if you want or need to. The bathroom is middle sized with a walkin shower. The attic is SEMICENTRAL. It takes approximately a 25 minutes walk to arrive at the ancient center of Innsbruck or a 10 minutes drive with the bus/tram and more or less a 5 minutes drive with the car. It is a very quiet place. The sleeping and living area is oriented towards the garden and the surrounding villas. There will be coffee and tea available for you, cookies, sugar, salt and pepper, oil and vinegar and some fruit as well etc. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything necessary for cooking and eating. I will offer you more information about events, attractions, interesting stores and venues once you have arrived. In order to avoid entering the apartment with street shoes, every guest gets their own slippers. Please enjoy the interesting and beautiful paintings on the wall! OUR RULES: Smoking is not allowed . Neither are pets . No private partys! You are not allowed to bring groups of people to the apartment. The place has been newly renovated and decorated with love and therefore we ask you to take good care of it. Thank you for your understanding! This attic is officially registered as required by law. Since 01.01.2020 every guest has to be registered and a TOURIST TAX has to be paid by every visitor. The City of INNSBRUCK asks 2 € per person and night. This will be charged in cash on arrival. Then I will print your WELCOME CARD and with this card Public Transportation in and for certain destinations around Innsbruck will be free for registered tourists. Please have the amount ready. IMPORTANT: The place gets disinfected after every visit! Ich wohne selbst in der Villa in der sich die Mansarde befindet und bin deshalb sehr gut verfügbar und erreichbar. In der direkten Nachbarschaft, nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt, findet man einen Supermarkt, einen Bäcker, einen Fleischer (beste Fleischkässemmel in Innsbruck) , 2 Apotheken, einen Friseur, ein Blumengeschäft, die Post, eine Kirche, eine Bank und ein sehr nettes Cafe (mit reicher Auswahl an leckeren Kuchen). In the immediate vicinity, within walking distance, you will find a supermarket, a bakery, a butcher (best Fleischkässemmel in Innsbruck), 2 pharmacies, a hairdresser, a florist, the post office, a church, a bank and a very nice cafe' ( with a rich selection of delicious cakes). Nelle immediate vicinanze, a pochi minuti a piedi, si trova un supermercato, un panificio, un macellaio con ottimi "Fleischkässemmeln " ( alcuni sostengono siano i migliori di Innsbruck) 2 farmacie, un parrucchiere, un fioraio, l'ufficio postale, una chiesa, una banca e un caffè molto carino (con una ricca selezione di deliziose torte). In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich eine Bus und eine Tramhaltestelle. Sowohl die Tram als auch der Bus fahren direkt ins Stadtzentrum. Die Fahrtzeit beträgt ca 10 min. Falls man zufuss gehen möchte schafft man es in maximal 25min in die Altstadt zu gelangen. " ApARTment Magda" befindet sich im Stadtteil Pradl Grenze Stadtteil Reichenau, in einer sehr ruhigen Lage. Wer mit dem Auto anfährt kann entweder bei "Innsbruck Mitte" oder bei"Innsbruck Ost" die Autobahn verlassen. Weil sich die Mansarde nicht direkt im Stadtkern, sondern in einer semizentraler Lage befindet kann man für € 8, 00 eine Tagesparkkarte erstehen und in der Strasse vor der Villa bzw in der unmittelbaren Umgebung parken. Halbstündiges Parken kostet € 1. Zwischen 19:00 und 09:00 ist das Parken in dieser Strasse gebührenfrei, samstags und sonntags ebenso. Allerdings andere Bereiche der Stadt INNSBRUCK unterliegen anderen Parkbestimmungen. Bitte immer das jeweilige Schild überprüfen, denn es gibt Zonen in der Stadt die nur für Anrainer bestimmt sind bzw andere Zeiten für freies Parken haben als in meiner Wohngegend. In the immediate vicinity, there is a bus and a tram stop. Both go directly to the city center. The journey time takes about 10 minutes. If you want to walk you can reach the old town in aproximately 25 minutes time. 'ApARTment Magda 'is located in the district Pradl close to district Reichenau. When arriving by car you can either leave the highway at "Innsbruck Mitte" or at "Innsbruck Ost." Because the attic is not directly in the city center, but in a semi-central location you can buy a day pass for € 8,00 and park your car in the street in front of the villa or in the immediate vicinity. A half hour parking ticket costs € 1. Parking is free between 07:00 pm and 09:00 am as well as on saturdays and sundays. But only here! So if you park in other areas of the town please always check the sign because there are different regulations for different zones and sometimes the parking is allowed for residents only. Nelle immediate vicinanze ci sono sia una fermata dell'autobus che una fermata del tram. Entrambi vanno direttamente al centro della città. Il tempo di percorrenza è di circa 10 minuti. Se vuoi andare a piedi puoi raggiungere la città vecchia in un massimo di 25 minuti. "ApARTment Magda" si trova nel distretto di confine tra la zona Pradl e la zona Reichenau in un angolo molto tranquillo. Arrivando in macchina si puo lasciare l'autostrada a "Innsbruck Mitte" oppure a "Innsbruck Ost". Perché l'attico non è direttamente nel centro della città, ma in una posizione semi-centrale si puo acquistare un pass giornaliero per € 8,00 e parcheggiare nella strada di fronte alla villa o nelle immediate vicinanze. Il parcheggio è gratuito tra le ore 19:00 e le ore 09:00 e anche di sabato e di domenica. Un parking ticket per mezz'ora viene € 1.
