Private and quiet room in a beachside suburb

Our home is a very short walk to the beach at Largs Bay (no more than 3 minutes). The Esplanade is at the end of my street. You can enjoy the walking or biking path that runs along the beach front. Or walk the four blocks to the historic Largs Pier Hotel and Jetty Road. The bedroom is very quiet and the private bathroom is right next door. This location is perfect for the ASC business traveller, yachties or those on holidays. Please note that I have indoor pets (two dogs and two cats). The bedroom contains a queen sized bed, bar fridge and coffee/tea making facilities. The room has reverse cycle ducted air conditioning. The curtains are block out, so when closed it is nice and dark for sleeping. I provide milk (cows or soy), coffee (instant and ground), coffee plunger, tea (Twinings - variety), kettle and bottled water. I provide free wi-fi through the NBN. Guest will have access to laundry and kitchen facilities. I am available to provide as much information as you would like regarding your stay. I'm also happy to leave you on your own to explore the area. I can help you with local places to eat (I have menus for the local takeaway and hotel), transportation information (I am within 5 minutes walk to bus and train stops) and anything that might assist you during your stay. The area is quiet, but there is a cafe culture and great hotel within a short walk. Take the opportunity to have a brunch at Queenies or lunch/dinner at the Largs Pier Hotel. The historic Semaphore Road is within a short drive (about 2km) and is full of shops and restaurants. Semaphore has a number of festivals (music, kites etc) and is a lovely place to visit regardless of the time of year. We are approximately a 5-8 minute walk from both the Largs Bay and Largs North train stations (Largs North station is slightly closer). The train ride into the Adelaide CBD is approximately 25 minutes. There is also a bus stop less than 3 minutes walk with buses to West Lakes, City or other routes. Adelaide transportation requires a MetroCard which is easily available locally at a Deli or News Agent. I am also able to help you with hire car (limousine service) if you would like to go somewhere in style. I do have indoor pets - so please let me know if that might be of concern to you. We are fully vaccinated for COVID-19 and require that our guests are vaccinated also as we have family members with compromised heath.
